error mode 0x09

Hello, i have program, but in grmon is error:

IU in error mode (tt = 0x09)
400060dc d0036008 ld [%o5 + 0x8], %o0

I use only simple operations as +,-,*,/,sin,cos and printf function.
0x09 error is Access error during load or store instruction, but i dont know where is error. I have next projects, but there isnt this errors, and i use the same operations. Is it error in compilation setings? Vasek

It makes if i use more subprograms i main function. It makes error 0x01
